March 13th News and Notes
First Grade Items Needed
For upcoming Math lessons, we will be building a classroom "grocery store". I would like to have each first grader bring in one empty food box or container that we can use for this project. Please have these items at school by Wednesday of this week.
Second Grade Item Needed
Since second graders are working out of two classrooms, we are having some issues with school supplies. It would be helpful if each second grader could bring one new eight count box of crayons. They can keep this box downstairs, and also have crayons upstairs in their pencil boxes. Please send this new box to school by Friday of this week.
Thanks in advance for your help on these projects!

March 3rd Snow Day
Hello everyone! How about this icy start to our day?
As far as our classroom schedule this week, we will say today's Memory Work on Wednesday. We will move our Reading homework assignments to Wednesday and Friday nights. Otherwise, everything else will remain the same at this point.
Also, McTeacher Night at McDonalds this evening is still going on as planned. Please stop by anytime between 4 and 8 and let them know you are supporting St. John's Lutheran School with your purchase!
Be careful out there!
Love and Blessings,
Mrs. Bradshaw
